• Cancellation: You may cancel your order as long as it has not yet been shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible.
• Returns and Exchanges: To ensure the safety and quality of our food products, tea items cannot be returned or exchanged after purchase except in the following cases:

You received a product different from what you ordered.

The product arrived damaged or defective due to shipping.
In such cases, please contact our customer service within 48 hours of receiving your order and attach a photo of the product.
We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.
Second: For Wholesale and Corporate Clients (B2B)
Wholesale orders are subject to the terms and conditions outlined in the quotation or agreement.
Generally, confirmed orders cannot be canceled, and products are non-returnable or exchangeable unless a clear manufacturing defect or shipping damage is proven upon delivery.
Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.
